Manager
Description: As a manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the trampoline park, ensuring that guests have a safe, fun, and memorable experience. This includes supervising and supporting staff, scheduling shifts, monitoring performance, and providing coaching and feedback to maintain high standards of service. You will also handle customer concerns, enforce safety protocols, and assist with administrative tasks such as payroll, inventory, and reporting. With this position, you must be ready to handle every aspect of the trampoline park, from bills to customer satisfaction. Should a problem arise, it is your responsibility to ensure that the problem gets resolved with no further complications.

Customer Service Representitive
Description: As a member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for attending to the needs of customers remotely. This includes responding directly to complaints, helping customers with any issues they may face with booking or browsing through our website, and helping keep our customers' satisfaction level as high as possible. You will also be expected to respond as quickly as possible to any emails, phone calls, or questions that our customers may have. With this position, you will be required to work closely with your manager in order to make the necessary adjustments for maximizing satisfaction at our park locations.
